Each SD card only works with a single smART sketcher® Projector. Once it’s programmed into one Projector, you can’t move it to another. If you have more than one Projector, make sure you’re using the SD card in the correct device. If you see the below “Activation Err” message, it means the SD card may already be programmed into another Projector. Select one of the three filters at the bottom of the screen. Adjust the brightness by swiping the slider.

Yes. The smART sketcher® App has multi-language support. We currently support 19languages and we will be adding more languages soon. For example, if you are buying a toy for a toddler that is too advanced, they may get bored and turn to other activities while they wait for the toy to be played with. Thus, early learning toys are appropriate for toddlers, instead of too complex toys. In the main screen, drag the Settings Cogwheelto the right and release it to enter the Settings menu.
