It is recommended to go up 6-8mm in diameter from the ring size you would wear with a more traditional cage design with the Innie. I’m not the biggest fan of closed cages like the Holytrainer. Cleaning is a lot harder so you need to take it off for cleaning more often. The reason I’ve decided to add it as special mention at the end is due to the fact that they’re probably the only company who have really combined chastity with technology. This is a specialty cage for specific uses, and not recommended to chastity wearers who aren't highly experienced.
