About this deal

In fact, the D7100/D7200 models were so good that they had to be discontinued because the newer Nikon D7500 model wasn’t selling as well. Please get the book Nikon D7100 for idiots it breaks down all our problems so we can understand real easy. And please read it before useing.

It’s perfect for those who care about quality, speed, the ability to shoot under adverse weather conditions, AND its incredibly low price. I find liveview invaluable for low ground shots of fungi and things (especially with my flip out screen) ... of course it's slow, but it's not like the fungus is going anywhere. And I certainly can't get down there that easily these days. Just like with most Nikon digital cameras, this model also has a great ability to focus in low light conditions.

When you are done copying files, get your phone’s transfer cable and connect it to the PC then copy what you got earlier. It’s a bit of a hassle but works still fine if you really don’t have any other means of transferring photos to your mobile.

The D7100's 24.1MP CMOS sensor does not include an optical low-pass filter (OLPF). While the flagship D800E had the effect of its OLPF 'cancelled out', this is the first time Nikon has done away with the filter altogether. Normally, you can shoot on D7100 up to ISO 6400. At this value, you start to see the noise but not to a point that it bothers you significantly. I assure you, you will want to shoot the sky with clouds because of the stunning colors that the D7100 gives out. They are bright, saturated, but at the same time natural. 35.0mm f/1.8 lens · 35.0mm · ƒ/9.0 · 1/250s · ISO 200

The camera applies a 1.5x crop factor to any attached lens – for example, a 50mm prime will turn in to a 75mm when attached. There’s also a 1.3x crop factor mode at a reduced 15.4MP (vs. 24.1MP native) for improved performance with attached lenses – with this mode active, said 50mm lens would behave like a 98mm optic, should you so wish. As I mentioned earlier, the D7x00 series cameras have a screw drive motor, which means you’re able to autofocus with a lot of good old Nikon lenses. The D7100 has a more advanced control layout than Nikon's entry-level DSLRs. It's aimed at enthusiasts and experts.Park Cameras, York Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 9TT | VAT No. GB 315 9441 58 | Registered Company No. 1449928 As I mentioned in the specs section, the Nikon D7100 is so fun to operate because it just keeps going, and going, and going. I can take mine out for 3 shoots before I need to recharge its battery, since it can take 950 shots on one charge.
