The stains were less when the strips were removed. Obviously the stains return somewhat after eating and drinking but having said that my teeth are visibly whiter than they were. I will definitely keep using the strips. I paid 40 pounds for a set of whitening from wisdom , pure rubbish , the trays are mouldable but do not do the job . couldn't get them to fit my mouth after an hour of trying to not buy this kit from wisdom
