I did an additional experiment. I made an OBD extension cable which only connects power (pins 4,5,16) and Canbus (pins 6,14), but it doesn't connect the SCP nor K line bus. With the LR V3.0 connected through this extension cable it will read the VIN number and connect to most of the car even if fuse 27 is pulled. ACS (Air Conditioner) | Function supports routine maintenance of air condition modules. Air conditioning system adaption reset, rese air conditioning compressor, run in air conditioning compressor, stepper motor initialization. Can read deeper into P0420 that my Foseal Diagnostic did, but cannot understand such things as live "% efficiency readings" from upstream and downstream Lambdas. Yes it gives the readings and that is OK if you understand what they are meaning.Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Regeneration Control : Request DPF regeneration processes and turn off DPF indicators.

This scan tool covers over 20 years of models, so some functions may not be available on all years/models. Electronic Throttle Control System (ETC) : Relearn throttle values during throttle valve clearing or replacement.
