I have given you every *herb bearing seed*, which is upon the face of all the earth, and *every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed*; to you it shall be for meat. …And it’s leaf for medicine….”
Well, I’ll use myself as a guinea pig and state that since I’ve been eating avocados regularly for at least 53 years (I’m older than that), and have absolutely no indication of cancer, I seriously doubt they cause it. Period. End of story.
Generally, oil sprayers come in three different materials: glass, stainless steel, and plastic. The most common type of container is glass since it's naturally chemical-free, doesn’t absorb smells or flavors, and has an elegant aesthetic. Stainless steel is also a popular choice because it’s extremely durable, plus has a protected interior that makes the oil less susceptible to degradation. Plastic is also a nice option for busy kitchens because it's lightweight, durable, and easy to clean. It’s also budget-friendly. Unfortunately, though, plastic can retain odors and flavors over time.
