The note accords in Code EDP are pretty much blended to perfection. Providing a very high quality scent that will likely appeal to "everyone" that catches whiffs of its sillage. Additionally, Code EDP has a sh1t load of swag appeal as well! Overall: A classic, inspired creation. For the guy who's never worn cologne, there is nothing to fear here. Bold, deep and earthy. Your gf will like it, but she may say you smell like someone she knows :) The longevity I can't speak for just yet, but I can already tell this will be more moderate performing, close encounter scent for a date night or night out preferably.

Armani Code continues to be the dark horse in my 100+ collection, shedding light to fragrances from the 2000's with it's bold opening full of star anise and bergamot.
The scent is almost the some but now it is more creamy , every passing hour becomes generic , and soft ... I don’t even know how they manage to keep the original’s DNA completely intact with such a different note breakdown. This is VERY similar to the original EDT but with a very powdery, sweet and beautiful dry down.

But one day, it was a hot day, with high humidity.. my boyfriend (now my husband) wore it and.. NOPE! It's a nope nope! I got an instant headache and it hurted my nose! Longevity / performance wise, I’m not seeing much difference either. Even the early batches of the EDT I always though projection was average-to-good, longevity was poor-to-average on skin but amazing on clothes. I get the same with the current EDT and the EDP. I even get the Le Male LP lavender cardamom accord but the iris is missing, citruses added. The vanilla is mixed with tonka and woods, so if you know how Versace Eros smells just imagine that vanilla accord but without the mint.It's a warm, strong and confident scent! I actually can't smell the anise, which is a good thing in my personal opinion, but the olive blossom and leather-ish note is perfectly mixed together and does not compete, but enchances each other. It is a manly strong adult scent. The citrus lavender opening is really gorgeous and gave me a good first impression. I had on one hand this scent and on the right hand Hugo boss magnetic more people said that Giorgio Armani is better so I decided to take it today for the night club. I felt confident and good. Market-wise, the original Code has carved a place for itself as the "other" Armani after the more aquatic and successful Acqua di Giò pour Homme. It is elegant and classic and deserves much more attention than it has received so far. It justifies a better place than just being the brand's secondary reference as a men's fragrance. In my opinion, I even prefer to use it than its more famous aquatic brother.

Performance is exactly what you would expect with an EDP as it lasted 10-16 hours but with moderate projection the first hour but afterwards a little more than a skin scent BUT with good silage. Even to my untrained nose this smells almost nothing like LeMale Perfume. They have similarities but LeMale is more on the unisex side while this is more masculine and smells sharper(in a good way) It's 8pm December 31, 2021 just 4 hours until 2022. I'm at a house New Year's Eve party among family and friends. Of course I'm wearing the best cologne of all time for this night... Armani Code. All I'm missing is a tuxedo because nothing comes close to Code when it comes to a tuxedo. It's the perfect scent to end the year into a new beginning that says class and sophistication. Forget expensive niches. Code will forever be a legend for New Year's Eve. Hold my beer.Every passing hour tonka with tobacco giving a sexy vibe , sweet , warm , super seductive , truly lady killer , winter-fall scent but you can use it easy in summer nights ... UPDATE: I sprayed 2 sprays on my hand in Myers store yesterday at 3:00PM. By 10:00PM that night it was still faintly, projecting. Not yet a skin scent. Armani Code EDP is richer, fuller, slightly spicier, but only lasts 15 minutes. Literally 15 minutes.
