As the title suggests … this blog is all about telephone service I have to say pre March there were times you would wait on hold listening to dreary lift music, after 5 mins I would feel myself getting a little impatient especially after hearing ‘your call is important to us’ … but now … well, what can we say… Last time I was in Glasgow I met up with a lovely gent, during the pre meet phone chat I asked the usual questions, and like to know for marketing purposes where you saw my advert, this gent couldn’t recall So we had a lovely naughty sexy fun meet and having a drink he decided to tell me where… We all, no matter who we are have someone sort of expectation :- on life, relationships, nights out, a meal, a holiday. Definition – Expectation a strong belief that something will happen or be the case. “reality had not lived up to expectations” I have to hold my hands up and say I was that person who’s expectations always were…
